Manuscript Organization
Policy
Prepare the manuscript with page numbers on every page. Authors are required to carefully read the submission guidelines and ensure that the manuscript adheres to all prescribed guidelines. Manuscripts that do not comply will be returned to the author(s) for necessary changes. Authors must download and use the provided template for manuscript preparation.
Organization

Basic Elements |
Title, Author/s, Affiliation, email address, Abstract (150 to 250 words minimum), Keywords (5 to 7 keywords). |

Introduction |
The Introduction section must explain the background of the study, its aims, a summary of the existing literature and the significance of the study. |
|
Middle Section |
Review of literature, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, Summary and Implications. |
|
End Section |
Acknowledgements, References, Disclosures, author contribution and supporting information (if any). |
|
Tables |
All tables and figures must be inserted immediately after the paragraph where they are cited. |
|
Images/Figures |
Images must be original and uncropped files in standard format such as .jpeg or .tiff, or PNG with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi (600 dpi or higher is preferred). It must support the research results. Modified images/figures will be sent to authors for approval before publication. |

Equations |
Use Equation Editor, Microsoft's Insert→Equation function or LaTeX equation editor |
Styling and formatting

File format |
Manuscript files must be in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx, or rtf) or LaTeX formats and should not be locked or protected. |
|
Length |
There is no restriction on word count, number of figures, tables, or overall manuscript length. Author must provide complete supporting information and are encouraged to present the findings in detail |
|
Font |
Use a standard font such as Times New Roman. To add symbols, use the Insert → symbol function in the word processor or paste the appropriate Unicode character. The text should be in double-spaced. |
|
Heading |
Limit manuscript sections and sub-sections to 3 heading levels. Ensure that headings are clearly indicated in the manuscript template. |
|
Page numbers |
Include page numbers at the bottom (centre) of every page of the manuscript file. |
|
Footnotes |
Footnotes are not permitted. |
|
Language |
Manuscripts must be submitted in English. |
|
Abbreviations |
Non-standard or uncommon abbreviations should be avoided. If essential they must be defined at their first mention in both the abstract as well as in the main text. |

Reference Style (APA)

Authors must follow the APA style format for citation of articles, conference proceedings, books, theses, reports, etc., Refer to the publication manual of the American Psychological Association, or the association’s website (http://www.apastyle.org/) for further guidance.
