Although discussions regarding mental health in the workplace have been increasingly prevalent, numerous individuals continue to encounter stigma associated with severe mental health issues.  The study's objective was to investigate whether there is a disparity in employee stress and health based on the type of cabins that offer differing views of greenery.

Materials and Methods: The green environment and its influence on stress, physical and mental health status of the office goers were assessed with introduction of green interventions over the workers cabin. The experiment involved questioners regarding the description of the employees cabin initially and based on that through purposive sampling the total sample of 60 is grouped as employees in green cabins, grey cabins and in window cabins.

Results: A decrease in the stress level for window cabin with post test value of 21.05 compared to the pre-test value of 27.35 and is statistically significant at 0.05 % with a mean difference of 6.6.  Findings indicated that individuals working in window cabins felt better about their environmental preference, cabin appearance, air quality, and greenery satisfaction.

Conclusion: The fact that the employees spending majority of the time in the indoor demands a better physical environment blending with nature to make a better cure for the stressed outs.
